My prayer to God:
That my desire for this wellness center is unselfish and not filled with personal aspirations:
With the hope that it is His will, and that He fine-tunes my intent.
I have had for at least 10 years, probably 14, a burning desire to realize how an individual's health can be improved. I feel that ones physical and mental health are as integrated as the workings of the heart and lungs.
What I would truly love to do is buy an old motel:
One with about 20 or 30 rooms, a swimming pool, a large centrally located office, with enough room to be able to spaciously assemble all of the guests for educational seminars, on health, nutrition, and other wellness issues, craft instructions, social events, card games, movies, musical endeavor nights, such as that of a coffee house style environment, including any of the guests previewing any talents that they might possess, exercise classes, drama classes, and perhaps even a day care center, which could also be run by some of the permanent guests.
The hotel would have to have a restaurant included, this might also be used as the communal gathering hall, but the important thing is that nutritious meals would be planned and served and in each case particular attention would be paid to each guest’s nutritional needs and health demands.
The idea of doing health seminars to address certain ailments:
Respiratory, Diabetes, Heart, Cholesterol, Diet, Nutrition, etc.
Not only to educate the guests on health matters, and offer suggestions for treatment, but even more exciting, to have them become personally involved in their own care, on an individual, and perhaps even in a group basis. The Diabetic club, or the COPD’ers, or the Arthritic’s, who might call themselves the CHESTER'S, from Gun Smoke.
Coming Mr. Dillan.
I have searched and searched though literature on vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, amino acids, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and sugars.
I have found that with proper diet and nutritional supplementation the human body is quite capable of making tremendous health improvements.
Keeping itself strong and healing itself, is the body’s main function.
A product that my wife and I began taking about 8 years ago is in my opinion one of the most amazing products that has ever been produced. The product is i26 and is a major component to The Second Opinion diet and effective lifestyle enhancement:
i26 has the ability to balance and enhance one’s immune system and allow one's body to do what it was created to do.
We are bombarded daily by so many pathogens that we would be dead, a hundred times over, if it were not for our God given immune system, which is in direct control of every function of the body and mind, and has the responsibility of keeping them safe and sound.

I can’t stress my confidence and belief in this product enough.
I feel that it has had a direct affect on my health; since I have been on this product I have been virtually free of any illnesses.
Thank God, I have not gotten sick.
I have also heard many testimonials of the product having tremendous effects on many srieously ill individuals.
Which brings me to the next healthful endeavor, that of diet and exercise. I have done extensive research on diets and truly believe that excess carbohydrates and sugars are terribly bad for an individual and effect insulin levels, energy levels, PH levels, depression, and weight.
I would like to initiate exercise periods. Where guests would be asked to do only the tasks that they are equipped for and just to do a little more in each exercise period.
That is why a pool would be such a necessity, especially for the weak of muscle, the arthritic, those with breathing problems, and the overweight guests.
I believe that offering work to any of the guests, who are capable and who desire it, would not only a nice gesture be but an extremely therapeutic one:
Giving the guest the feeling of worth, responsibility, financial viability, and usefulness.
Money would either be paid to the worker or be applied to monthly living expenses.
Some examples of possible work assignments;
Guests might love doing landscaping, or doing the maintenance on the pool.
Some might do light carpentry, painting, cleaning, or laundry.
Some might like to do classes on drawing or painting, or sewing or embroidery,
exercise classes, weight management classes, working in the kitchen, or at the gas station.
Some might be mechanics, tire people, body shop repair people, electrical experts, air conditioner people, welders, etc.
Taking the whole thing a step further I have always thought that a full service gas station, where someone actually pumped the gas, checked the oil, checked the tires, checked the tail lights and signal lights, and then corrected any problems that were found, would be such a unique concept in car and driver care that it would just take off.
Provide the gas, the oil, the tires, the engine work, and what ever else needed to be done at competitive prices, with service and responsibility as the enticement.
Basically providing price, service, convenience, dependability, a caring atmosphere, a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and a genuine concern for the customer’s driving safety.
I can just imagine every husband sending their wife to the gas station at The Motel, being certain that his wife and car will be well taken care of.
I can imagine every woman going to the station, knowing that she will not have to pump her own gas, or check her own oil. She can also leave with the peace of mind that her tires are properly inflated, and are not bald and unsafe, that she has water and antifreeze in her radiator, and that her car will not over heat and stall out in the middle of traffic, etc. etc.
I can invision companies with service vehicle sending their drivers to The Motel, with the full trust that their major investment and crux of their business would be well taken care of.
A real throw back to the 50’s.
Maybe, even wear those little triangular caps.
